FAQ about the banner:

♡ Pricing: Keep in mind that unlike the fan bases that can produce a lot of banners and have lots of reservations to print the banners in a massive way for a little cost of each piece, I'm just an independent artist that produces the merch individually and in a minor scale than the fan bases do. So that's why the pricing isn't the same that it was when the fan bases was doing pre-orders for it for the concert. In my shop it has the same price as the prints because it has a high production cost that has to be covered. (I barely see any profit from the banner due the high production cost but I want to produce it anyways for those who are from other countries and wants the banner or for those who couldn't get it before)

♡ This is a pre-order item, I expect to receive the stock of the banners during August and ship them once I have it in my studio. Notice that if you order more pre-order products I'll ship everything together once I have all the stock with me. So if the products have different arrival times to my studiol, I'll wait to have everything to pack it together and ship all in once.

♡ La pre-venta de este banner no es una actividad relacionada con la fan base de SKZ Madrid ni similar. Es algo que produzco yo en mi tienda de manera individual y de forma independiente a la fan base aunque sí que cuento con el permiso de ellas para poner el banner en mi tienda ya que sigo poseyendo los derechos de mi obra. La compra del banner es voluntaria y es algo que se hace para apoyar mi trabajo como artista independientemente de cómo se haya podido repartir el banner durante los días pre-concierto ya que fue una actividad temporal y que tampoco se pudo llevar a cabo en su totalidad debido a los inconvenientes que surgieron.

♡ Este banner NO es el oficial que se usó en el concierto, solo es un recuerdo de cuando fue seleccionado como diseño para una de las fechas antes de la cancelación.

The preparation time of the orders is from 1 to 2 weeks since I receive the products from the manufacturer. Everything is shipped from Canary Islands Spain.

El tiempo de preparación de los pedidos es de 14 días laborales desde que recibo el stock de la imprenta. Todo se envía desde Tenerife, Islas Canarias.

IMPORTANTE PEDIDOS ESPAÑA: Para añadir un número de seguimiento en los pedidos que se envíen dentro de España deben seleccionar el producto "EXTRA ENVÍO CERTIFICADO ESPAÑA". Los pedidos que no incluyan este extra serán enviados por correo ordinario sin número de seguimiento y queda bajo la responsabilidad del comprador.

Refund policy:

No refunds will be made on orders that are returned from the post office because they haven't been picked up at the destination post office by the customer. Thanks for your understanding.
