Everything will be shipped when I receive the stock from the manufacturer. I expect to receive it in late November/ early December. I'll be giving updates about the production process through my instagram account @vero.staytist (www.instagram.com/vero.staytist)

Notice that if you order this product with another product with a longer production time, it will be shipped when I receive all the products in my studio.

Example: you order this calendar that is expected to be produced and received in late November and you order a keychain that I expect to receive them in late December, everything will be shipped after I receive everything, in late December / early January.

The preparation time of the orders is from 1 to 2 weeks once I receive the products from the supplier. Everything is shipped from Canary Islands Spain.

IMPORTANTE PEDIDOS ESPAÑA: Para añadir un número de seguimiento en los pedidos que se envíen dentro de España deben seleccionar el producto "EXTRA ENVÍO CERTIFICADO ESPAÑA". Los pedidos que no incluyan este extra serán enviados por correo ordinario sin número de seguimiento y queda bajo la responsabilidad del comprador.

No refunds will be made on orders that are returned from the post office because they have not been picked up at the destination post office by the customer. Thanks for your understanding
