The keychains will be shipped once I receive the stock from the manufacturer (During late December / Early Januay approximately but it depends on their workflow and of the amount of orders. I'll be updating about the production process through my instagram account @vero.staytist).
The preparation time of the orders is from 1 to 2 weeks since I receive the products from the manufacturer. Everything is shipped from Canary Islands Spain.

Los pedidos que no incluyan este extra serán enviados por correo ordinario sin número de seguimiento y queda bajo la responsabilidad del comprador.

Refund policy:
