🤍 Pre-orders will be open for a week (from Monday 2nd to Sunday 8th)

🤍 The Hippers will be shipped once I receive the stock from the manufacturer (During mid / late July l approximately but it depends on their workflow and on the amount of orders. I'll be updating about the production process through my instagram account @vero.staytist).

The preparation time of the orders is from 1 to 2 weeks. Everything is shipped from Canary Islands Spain.

El tiempo de preparación de los pedidos es de 14 días laborales. Todo se envía desde Tenerife, Islas Canarias.

IMPORTANTE PEDIDOS ESPAÑA: Para añadir un número de seguimiento en los pedidos que se envíen dentro de España deben seleccionar el producto "EXTRA ENVÍO CERTIFICADO ESPAÑA". Los pedidos que no incluyan este extra serán enviados por correo ordinario sin número de seguimiento y queda bajo la responsabilidad del comprador.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE IMPUESTOS PARA ESPAÑA Y EUROPA:

Mi tienda está localizada en las Islas Canarias, por lo que utiliza un cargo y gestión de impuestos diferentes al resto de la península y Europa. Los impuestos de los productos adquiridos serán recaudados por la empresa de reparto en el momento de la entrega del paquete (normalmente Correos en España) en vez de ser recaudados a la hora de la compra como ocurre en las tiendas de la península y Europa. (Ejemplo: cuando estás realizando una compra en un comercio online localizado en la península y/o Europa, a la hora de pagar se añaden los impuestos de forma automática en el check out. En mi tienda no se añadirán impuestos a la hora del pago, sino que serán recaudados por el personal de reparto cuando te vayan a entregar el paquete)

El coste y gestión del cobro de estos impuestos corre por parte de la empresa de reparto, no por parte de mi tienda y los importes pagados en el momento de la entrega son remitidos directamente a las entidades fiscales. Para cualquier duda o consulta que tengan que hacer deberán dirigirse a su oficina de correos más cercana o a la institución responsable en su defecto.

SPAIN/ EUROPE TAXES INFORMATION: (This doesn't apply for outside EU but you can always ask your local post office / institutions about it just to make sure):

As my store is located in the Canary Islands, we have a different tax management than the rest of the Spainish territory and Europe. The taxes on the purchased products will be charged by the delivery company when you receive the package instead of being charged at checkout. (Example: when you are making a purchase in a EU located store, taxes are automatically added and charged at the check out. In my store, taxes will not be added and charged in the checkout, they will be collected by Correos when they deliver the package to you).

The management and the collection of these taxes are in charge and responsability of the delivery company, and they sends them paid amount directly to the tax authorities. For any questions or queries, contact your nearest post office or the responsible institution in charge of this.

Refund policy:

No refunds will be made on orders that are returned from the post office because they haven't been picked up at the destination post office by the customer. Thanks for your understanding.
