🤍 The keychains will be shipped once I receive the stock from the manufacturer (During September approximately but it depends on their workflow and on the amount of orders. I'll be updating about the production process through my instagram account @vero.staytist).

I have some in stock pieces for some designs (leftovers from my latest convention) so early orders placed that includes these in stock designs will be shipped more quickly as I have them here already until I run out of them and I order more to the manufacturer.
So for the lastest orders placed they probably will have to wait until late march / early april for the keychains to be shipped, it depends on the quantity I have of each design in my studio.

The preparation time of the orders is from 1 to 2 weeks since I receive the products from the manufacturer. Everything is shipped from Canary Islands Spain.
El tiempo de preparación de los pedidos es de 14 días laborales desde que recibo el stock de la imprenta. Todo se envía desde Tenerife, Islas Canarias.
IMPORTANTE PEDIDOS ESPAÑA: Para añadir un número de seguimiento en los pedidos que se envíen dentro de España deben seleccionar el producto "EXTRA ENVÍO CERTIFICADO ESPAÑA". Los pedidos que no incluyan este extra serán enviados por correo ordinario sin número de seguimiento y queda bajo la responsabilidad del comprador.

Refund policy:
No refunds will be made on orders that are returned from the post office because they haven't been picked up at the destination post office by the customer. Thanks for your understanding.
